Feel the base of your spine.  See a cord, extending itself out and down from the base of your spine.  This cord could be anything - a bungee cord, a tree root, an intricately braided cord, a tail - anything that you can picture will work.  As this cord passes through the layers of the Earth's surface, feel each layer as it passes, towards the deep waters of the Underworld.  Feel your cord sink into the deep, dark waters and let go.  Let all of the strains and stresses of the day sink into those waters to be cleansed and refreshed.

As you clear off the stresses, feel the waters of the Underworld rise to arrive at the point directly under your feet. As these waters reach your feet, feel the energy of it entering your feet chakras and moving up your feet to your ankles. Feel the energy swirling lightly within your ankles, and feel it continue its way up through your calves to your knees. Feel a stronger swirl in your knees as the energy continues to your thighs and to your hips. Feel the swirl of energy increase again, as the energy moves from your hips to your first chakra. Feel the energy enter it and feel that chakra spinning and opening. Feel some of the energy returning back down your grounding cord, to return to the dark waters of the Underworld.

Above you, is the vastness of the stars in the Heavens.  Feel the blue-white Fire energy from it travel down, through the atmosphere, and arriving just above the top of your head.  Feel this energy enter your body just along the back of your skull.  Feel it move down your back, just outside the spinal column.  As it nears your first chakra, it joins with the energy of the Earth waters. Feel that chakra begin to spin even faster.

Feel the mixture of the Underworld and Heaven within you.

As the mixture of the energies rises within you, feel some of the mix return down your cord, back to the Underworld.  Feel the energy as it enters your second chakra, just behind your belly button, and that chakra begins to spin and open. 

And the energy continues to rise.

Feel it as it enters your third chakra, just under your sternum bone, and that chakra also begins to spin and open.

And the energy continues to rise.

Feel it as it enters your fourth chakra, at your heart, and that chakra also begins to spin and open.

And the energy continues to rise.

Feel it as it enters your fifth chakra, at your throat, and that chakra also begins to spin and open.  Feel the energy move into your shoulders, arms, wrists and hands, spilling out of your palms.

And the energy continues to rise.

Feel it as it enters your sixth chakra, the inner eye – just behind your physical eyes, and that chakra also begins to spin and open as wide as possible.

And the energy continues to rise.

Feel it as it enters your seventh chakra, just at the crown of your head, and as this chakra begins to spin and open, the energy continues upward, spilling out from it as from a fountain, combining with the energy from your palms and enclosing you.
